Jennifer L. Moncrief, Vice President, Secretary, Compliance Officer
Jennifer has been with ROL since 1990 and has been Secretary since 2002 and Vice President since 2009.

Shawn Biehler, CO, Board Eligible Prosthetist
A graduate of The University of Rochester with an MS in Biomechanical Engineering, Shawn has been with ROL since 2007. He received his certificate in orthotics from Northwestern University in 2007 and certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2008. Shawn was certified by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in orthotics in 2009, and completed his prosthetic residency in January 2010.

Jacque Cross-Hancock, CP
A graduate of North Michigan University with a BS in Social Work, Jacque has been with ROL since 1983. She received her certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 1983. Jacque was certified in prosthetics by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 1985.

Mark T. Delmotte, CO
Mark has been an employee of ROL since 1979. He was certified in orthotics by the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification (BOC) in 1997 and by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 2004.

Ronald G. McKay, CPO
A graduate of University of Waterloo with a BS in Kinesiology, Ronald has been with ROL since 1996. A graduate of Toronto’s George Brown College O&P Technical program, he received his diploma in 1995. He received his certificate in orthotics from Northwestern University in 1998 and his certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2002. Ronald was certified by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in orthotics in 2000 and in prosthetics in 2004.


Technical Staff:

Timothy Flanagan has been with ROL since 1989.

Andrew Kieffer has been with ROL since 1996 and has been an ABC registered prosthetic technician since 1999.

Office Staff:

Michelle Ober has been with ROL as an office assistant since 2000 and has been Patient Accounts Manager since March of 2004.

Renee Kunst has been with ROL as an office assistant and Safety Director since 1999.
